Join us at barVolo (587 Yonge St.Toronto, ON) on Sunday, October 30th, 2011 for the official Cask Days Brewers Breakfast. Over 30 brewers from Ontario and Quebec will be present to kick off this years festivities. Ticket cost will be $21.00 and includes the following;
- Breakfast provided by barVolo & Local 4
- Cask Days 2010 / IPA Challenge 2011 Awards Presentation
- Toast with House Ales Matt’s Marathon Mild & Tim’s Way Porter
- Walk with the brewers to Hart House Quadrangle
The following food will be part of the breakfast;
- Devil’s Egg w/ Double Smoked Bacon
- Breakfast Sausage & Roasted Potatoes
- Pacific Wild Sockeye Salmon w/ Best BAA Dairy Brebis Frais,
- Avonlea Clothbound Cheddar with Fruit Preserves, Nuts
